This office really frustrates me and do not recommend them at all! I was referred by my primary office for tooth pain and literally called to make my appt and yes it was great that they could get me in the very next morning, but learned before my appt that the out of pocket expense was to much for me to afford. I had already made my appt before knowing the cost, just hours before and had to cancel so I could figure out the payment arrangement but due to it being within their cancellation timeframe, they are still charging me a $500 cancellation fee, which is a 3rd of the total cost to have my tooth taken care of. No willingness, or understanding to reschedule when I can come up with the funds.

I guess there is more money in cosmetic dentistry needed to pay off all that money spent in medical school than in changing the lives of all the folks suffering in pain or having dietary issues. I had a referral to an Oral Surgeon to smooth off the gum line way back behind where my wisdom tooth had been. This was due to because in the mid 1980's a tiny surgical plate had been placed and it had moved slightly. After I explained this as mush as possible to the lady who answered their phone I was denied care. All Oral Surgeons, as stated in their own Internet page, can do both procedures, but to be refused care without even a consultation is ??? At this point I don't even think the Doctor was consulted!
